For many Rotary, Rotaract and Interact clubs and for many youth programs such as Rotary Youth Exchange (RYE), RYLA and others, recruitment is often a guessing game. And yet, it does not have to be. Although this plan must be customized for each program, it provides 5 easy steps in which any club or youth program can recruit more members or participants and truly be present in the community. The powerpoint has been designed specifically for a Rotarian audience but may be used by other programs too - the same concepts apply. So Stop guessing, and start recruiting.

Here is a ppt that you can couple with the Iceberg activity mentioned in the article "Games and Roleplay for Intercultural Competencies" -- this will make a great debrief. Even if you are doing the exercize alone, it can be very interesting.
